Thanks, I've tried going into the menus by holding Volume down (and Volume up) + Power buttons but it doesn't do anything. It is holding the up volume down, while pressing the power button till you see the logo, then let go. This can only be done when the phone is off. The phone doesn't switch off, I hold the power button in for a few seconds
